Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
It depends on the item and where it is in the process. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can usually cancel or change it. For custom or made-to-order items, changes may not be possible if production has started, and a restocking fee could apply. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can walk you through your options.
What should I expect at delivery?
Smaller items ship via parcel carriers. Larger or heavier items ship via freight with curbside delivery and a scheduled appointment. Please inspect all shipments on arrival—note any visible damage on the receipt or refuse the delivery if needed. If anything looks off, let us know right away and include photos so we can help resolve things quickly.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes—on applicable products. While expedited shipping isn’t available directly at checkout, contact us for a custom quote if you need something faster. We’ll do our best to make it happen.
What’s your return policy?
