A large cooking surface and 17-pound fuel capacity offer ample smoking potential, while a precision airflow system offers a greater level of temperature control. Variable cooking grate, meat hanger, and meat hook configurations offer customizable smoking options, a hinged lid with a gasket forms a tight seal for heat retention.
